Its an affordable, state of the art, very funky and unique use of space. Only a Parking space in size, with permitted development rights due to height less than 2.5 metres and the product is modular.
A totally insulated and sound proof space for gaming, boxsets, live sports and movies that can be used 365 days of the year. Its not just for leisure, its also for over night accommodation, with a king size bed. The latest design allows owners to convert from a king size bed to a 6 seater pod with a table in less than 5 minutes. It provides a very cool space for mums to boxset, dads to watch live sports and kids to have friends over without any disruption to the main home. The Cosy Cinema is sound proof, so your neighbours won't here a thing.
Your friends and family can stay over for the night in a very unique space and they will be blown away by how cool it is. Can be used 12 months of the years with 100mm of insulation in the floor and ceiling. Comes with an air source heating and air conditioning so very economical. A completely black out room with a 93 inch projector screen, it really is a 'Cosy Cinema'.

The pods
- A fully sound-proofed, water proof for indoors or out. An Epson projector TW9400, a Panasonic air source heating, Play Station 4 and 2 x controllers, plus an LG sound bar and sub woofer as standard. The sound quality and media experience is off the charts.
- Incredibly comfortable and state of the art stand alone media room
- Build, delivery, installation and maintenance all taken care of by Cosy Cinema
- Secure entry, fire safe doors and modular parts so can go indoors or out and is the same size as a parking space. Or to be exact 5 metres x 2.5 metres.
- Modular build that can be ‘dismantled’ and moved if you want to change your location(s). All parts fit through a standard size doorway. Lane access only at your home, not a problem. Have to walk through the house, not a problem.
- No planning consent required, within permitted development under the LDP.
